Aseana Properties Limited (ASPL.L) is a property development company, listed on the Main Market of London Stock Exchange on 5 April 2007. Aseana was established to take advantage of property development opportunities in Vietnam and Malaysia.

Aseana’s investment objective is to provide shareholders with an attractive overall total return achieved primarily through capital appreciation by investing in property in Vietnam and Malaysia. Aseana seeks to achieve its investment objective through the acquisition, development and redevelopment of upscale residential, commercial and hospitality projects.

Aseana is currently in its divestment phase to generate attractive returns for shareholders.
