History

Allenby Capital was formed in 2009. Since then, we have steadily built both our team and our corporate client list. We retain a healthy balance sheet and remain fully committed to the small cap market.

About Us

Allenby Capital is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (register no. 489795). We are an AIM Nominated Adviser, a Member of the London Stock Exchange and an AQUIS Exchange Corporate Adviser. We are a team of professionals with extensive industry experience and a shared passion for the small cap arena.   Our team is one of the most active in the London small cap arena and is one of the leading AIM Nominated Advisers. In recent years, we have advised on a multitude of transactions including IPOs, Reverse Takeovers and Acquisitions and have acted as Rule 3 adviser on several takeovers. Beyond transactions, we provide strategic advice to our clients and guidance on adhering to AIM, FCA, AQUIS and Takeover Code regulations.
• Equity Sales
  Our sales team regularly accesses its wide investor pool to execute fundraises for our clients. Importantly, outside of fundraises, the team works hard to maintain interest in our clients by arranging investor roadshows and speaking with investors on the back of corporate newsflow and gathering valuable market feedback.
• Equity Research
  The primary role of our research product is to increase investor awareness and maintaining liquidity in our corporate clients’ shares. Our research is freely available as we strive to reach as wide an audience as possible. Investors can access our research on our corporate clients via our website and it is also available on platforms such as Thomson Reuters, Bloomberg and ResearchTree.
