Nick began his career with Midland Bank (now HSBC) in 1987, gaining experience in banking, trustee activities, investment management and portfolio management over a ten year period. Subsequently he worked in stockbroking and telecommunications before focusing on corporate finance in 2001.

Nick worked for Religare Capital Markets and its predecessor firms from 2001 to 2011. During his career he has advised a wide variety of companies on numerous transactions, including capital raisings, acquisitions and restructurings.

Nick is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Securities & Investment and joined Allenby Capital in October 2011.
