Mark Connelly

Director, Corporate Finance
Mark has over 15 years experience in advising smaller quoted companies. He has worked in the corporate finance departments of Beeson Gregory and Hoare Govett, and spent 11 years in the corporate finance and corporate broking departments at Collins Stewart. He has advised on over 25 IPOs, both on the Main Market and AIM, plus numerous secondary financings. Mark also has extensive Takeover Code experience across a broad range of industry sectors. Mark joined Allenby in December 2011.
