Imran Ahmad

Chief Executive
Imran founded Allenby Capital in January 2009 having led a management buy-out at HB Corporate. Prior to this he gained experience at BZW Limited and at ARM Corporate Finance Limited (acquired by Hichens Harrison & Co) where he specialised in fund raisings for small-medium sized technology and life science companies.

Imran also has experience in mergers, acquisitions and disposals in the engineering, technology and healthcare sectors across Europe, the UK and North America having, completed a significant number of transactions.
