We are specialists in advising small to mid-sized companies on the options and structures available to them to provide the best platform for growth, whether through flotation, acquisition or private equity.
You can rely upon us to give sound independent commercial advice whilst always adhering to the relevant regulatory framework relevant to the client company.
Allenby Capital’s principal function is to advise growing companies and assist them with raising funds. We are among the market leaders in Initial Public Offerings (IPOs) in the small cap arena.
We offer an integrated approach to client service, with dedicated professional teams providing a full corporate advisory and broking service. The diagram below illustrates the structure:

Secondary Issues
Our team are market leaders in arranging secondary issues for companies quoted on AIM. Our broad private client base can be of real assistance in simplifying and expediting the process.
Floatation
We steer our clients through the whole IPO process. In addition to taking the lead on the due diligence and documentary requirements of the process, we also assist the company in presenting itself to both institutional and private investors.
M&A
Growth can be achieved organically and often requires continuing equity funding. The alternative route to growth is by acquisition or merger.
The directors of Allenby Capital have considerable experience in advising growing corporates in their acquisition strategies and in particular in structuring transactions and advising in the associated fund raising requirements.
Assistance is also provided in coordinating the transactions and dealing with relevant regulatory requirements, often including consideration of The City Code on Takeovers and Mergers and the AIM Rules.
Continuing Advice
Once a company has joined the AIM market, or is quoted on PLUS Markets, it must comply on a continuing basis with the rules of such markets.
Allenby Capital will monitor closely its corporate clients' duties, liaising closely with the Board to:
- ensure timely compliance with the rules of the AIM and PLUS Markets
- assist with the preparation, verification of all relevant documentation
- release information to the market and shareholders
