Complementing the Corporate Finance team is the Institutional Sales department, specialising in the Small Cap Sector.

Our specialist team provides a full agency broking service to institutional investors, including pension funds, insurance companies and venture capital trusts.

Research

Our research capability is focused on the analysis of companies on the Alternative Investment Market (AIM) and is utilised to facilitate capital markets and corporate broking business. We have multi-sector expertise but use external analysts and consultants should the required industry knowledge not be available in-house.

Our research is circulated to our Institutional client base and close links with the financial press help further broaden the distribution of our work.

Private Equity

An IPO may be too ambitious for companies in their early stage of development. Accordingly venture capital or private equity may be more suitable. Allenby Capital's Private Equity team can provide funding solutions to companies appropriate to their stage of growth.

With a large client base of sophisticated investors, we can assist in structuring transactions and raising finance, particularly if tax reliefs on the relevant investment are available.
