Having worked at Grant Thornton, Corporate Synergy and Noble, Brian has 15 years of experience in the City helping directors and their companies to raise money both privately and publicly.

Brian trained at the Panel on Takeovers and Mergers, where he was involved in over 150 Transactions ranging in value from £1million to £3 billion, Brian uses these skills to help directors involved in takeover transactions on a commercial level and from a regulatory perspective.

Brian is a qualified accountant, a fellow of the Securities and Investment Institute and a member of the Corporate Finance Faculty of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
